giving elite flashlight

i was wondering how i would go about getting an elite in mp to have a flashlight like a mc when i swap the metas the flashlight for the new chief (elite) is too low and is really dodgy is there another way?

if nobody knows could they at least say "I dont know how to give an elite a flashlight sorry" or even

hehe no i dont know

but it`s possible to make everybody bee master cheif even when they select elite, does that help? ore do you have to use the elite?

lol yeh

i meta swapped the mc's meta over the elite and that works but the flash light is very dodgy for some reason it points down alot lower than when you are a character who is meant to be mc do you know whats wrong or am i going to have to bump it like i did last time
