PPF Source Code

Hi, I've looked everywhere for some VB.net source code to make and apply PPF patches, so I was wondering if anyone could help me. Also, does anyone know how to display the tags in a map in VB.net?? Please help!!

why would anyone just give u the source?

dude learn it on your own or ask for help dont just ask for a source becuase all you will do is take the source and call it your own

that is the source of PPF's all of em it has all the info on em right there u dont need anything else just figrue that out
