i doubt it, well, not that engine. Try Havok. That is what halo 2 was made on. but...

even then. they still had their own specialized tools, with everything. so this kinda thing, is yeah...

The cipher engine is probably too different from the current engine in Halo2. The current one in halo2 is very memory efficient.

yeah, exactly, i was amazed to see it in action. I mean, high poly characters, and all of it runs so smooth no matter what goes on.
