bitmaps scrambled

i can't help but notice many hud bitmaps and others are scrambled. how can i unscramble and rescramble them?

If your talking about in the Editing program, i dont know why they are like that.

ok, i want to edit the hud, lets say on a shotty, but its all scrambled when i open in ps, how do i unscramble?

What format is the bitmap in?, you may need a unswizzler someone posted on on xbox-scene forums i think
