NEED MODING CE DEMO WITH HMT3.5 PWEEZ

i modded weapons and stuff then i tryd to run halo then it said some files are missing or corrupted can someone teach me how to make a mod with HMT 3.5

HMT wont cooperate with CE, It needs also the files in it sooo for example, If you make a pistol shoot rockets. The pistol projectile is gone. I dont know if that is TRUE but I know for fact HMT wont go with CE.
