Where did Forge go, and why did he take all of the offsets and such down?

Forge is still around. Kinda like Mono, he doesnt make many posts...made a tutorial a few weeks back about adding vehicles...and his offsets and stuff can be found at forge.halomods.com, or that is from memory.

Yea, he #halopc with the same topic as he has on his webpage now. Edit - Also Forge didn't say how old he was.

do you realize what you just did? you made the most and best modder within the halomodding community go away

as a tribute let me list his accomplishments
1.)generating the offsets
2.)making tutorials for us all that iam sure took many hours
3.)invented map rebuilding
4.)contributed a large number of plugins
5.)helped make sparkedit(thanks to grenadic)
6.)helped make HMT the great program that it is (thanks to mono)
7.)made many revoultionary mods such as hog wars
8.)made many meta discoveries

Anyways, if Forge is as awesome as a person as all of you say he is, I'm sure he didn't leave modding altogether because a single person didn't recognize him. Get off Banshee's ass, he was just looking for other's input to confirm what Forge said.

I haven't talked to Forge in a couple of days, but he never said anything about leaving the modding scene to me. I know he's been having some generally shitty times lately, but all speculation aside - no one knows why Iron_Forge took his site down except Iron_Forge.

Although I can see why he may have been a little annoyed by certain posts lately, he wouldn't leave the scene over something that trivial.
