Yes, deadly, now make this a freaking plugin to make our lives easier and to make yours more famous. A win/win situation. Heck, you follow MonoxideCs footsteps. And amazing, battlerifle model, woohoo, fun fun happy time I shoot something that look different...yay...who cares about modelling. Everyone else? Say again, everyone else? Screw you all.Beastman wrote:if u guys dont read the real battlerifle thread, just wanted to say, with deadlys brilliant tut here im gonan add in my original br from my first post on taht thread, and if it works well then later im gonna make another br that will look perfectly like bungies, should only take me an hour or so, so lets keep our fingers crossed here, thanks again deadly
Oooooh so fun I gotta scope and an extra thingy sticking out of the bottom of my pistol!!!!!! Great work and time put into the models, Beast, but it's plain boring and modelling serves no purpose except for a deformed fit in the hands, a scope on top, and probably some different handle. Wooooooop-de-doo. I am in a flaming fit, ignore me.

Shadow your tut does not work for me, I have my data for the civilian hog (just some data renamed and with retyped references and dependencies all of which do work.) and when I do what you say in the scenerio I copy the hogs dependency change it to the civie then change location to flagstand the flagstand dissappears and only 1 hog appears. 1 hog in the whole lvl. and no flag stands. So I try with the floor arrow, in sparkedit it says there are 4 hogs per base, but only 2 appear at all in game and all arrows are gone.

For the LAST TIME...SparkEdit is an ORIGINAL, no, you don't see modding effects, ORIGINAL map file viewer. It was originally made by Grenadiac to show how the map was originally made by it's creators... 3.0 may possibly have mod updates in it's files, but 2.5 shouldn't.halofan141 wrote:Shadow your tut does not work for me, I have my data for the civilian hog (just some data renamed and with retyped references and dependencies all of which do work.) and when I do what you say in the scenerio I copy the hogs dependency change it to the civie then change location to flagstand the flagstand dissappears and only 1 hog appears. 1 hog in the whole lvl. and no flag stands. NO it ISNT spartan, you can see anything as sparkedit reads what halo reads, if you add meta with the model and bitmaps pointed to correctly, it SHOWS them. That's why I CAN yes CAN see the warthog I edited in. It's either that or it reads the scenerio file which would be an easier way of making a program do what it does.Demonic Spartan wrote:For the LAST TIME...SparkEdit is an ORIGINAL, no, you don't see modding effects, ORIGINAL map file viewer. EDIT: YES I figured out why not all the hogs appeared, for once I had to press add when rebuilding, but the arrows are still gone.

I'm now with some thought 80% sure it reads the scenerio, seeing as the scenerio is the file that controls what is actually in the map and where and all that junk. The scenerio is the easiest way to accsess all the needed data without actually running the map by following teh references and dependencies.
