Plasma Pistol: No heate / age on charge

How do you make it so the Plasma Pistol dosent Age / Heat when you charge it? I try doing it in Insolence, but when I set Heat / Age to 0, it only affects the regular projectile. Is there another modding app that can adjust the charged projectile heat / age?

open dot halo

go to weap tag and plasma pistol

projectile reflexive go to #1

for heat and age put "0" for both

there ya go

(projectile #0 is normal shot)
