New weapon,map,vehicle ideas. I've got some, but need help.

I started modding my elongation map in which I start everyone with flags, etch. I thought it would pretty awesome to have the bomb explosion happen to enemies when they did random things with the flag. Is this possible?

u mean like when they swing the flag yes but when moving it like left no
