To Apply this, put the IFP in the "IFP" folder in Insolence
put the XML in the "XML" folder in Insolence

Go into Insolence
Go into the Matg globals tag
Go into "Player information" part of the plugin
Set all values to 70 (Fwd speed, bck speed, crouch speed ect.)
Congradulations, you now have super speed!
