I might be able to get the polygons lower. It right now has 28664 polyies but I'm sure I can lessen that. Or is there an easier way that you were going to do?

I don't think it came with skins. What you have is what I got. Here's a pic of it:

Actually on a couple of things it worked out pretty good. Anywho, do you like the job I did on the hover tank, Katarn? I thought it's pretty good. Do you think you could tag it? I'm having a really freakin hard time getting people to tag this for me. Or else if some one could give me the tags to the ghost and a little guidance with animation making then I might be able to pull it off. I HATE IMPORTING NODES. It never works for me. So what I would need is a .3ds max file of the ghost's nodes so I can just import them into the hover tank, move them to where they need to be, animate it, and I'd be all good.
