Dependency Swapping
At one point I found a util that would allow you to fully swap dependencies of one tag in a map with the dependencies of another tag in the map. Like say swapping all the deps of the Shotgun Pellet Projectile to make the projectile have all the effe, dmg, ligh, and impact stuff of another projectile. It even swapped sound dependencies and did it all automatically instead of me having to manually swap each dependency using Dot Halo or HHT. Does anyone have a remote clue about what Im talking about and if so. WHERE CAN I GET IT AGAIN? its bugging the crap out of me.

Not exactly what i meant. Basically what I am saying is like say i take the Ghost Bolt. But instead of it being a Ghost Bolt. I want it to be a Plasma Rifle Charged Bolt with the firing effects fully light sound all of it to be just like firing a Charged bolt instead of a Ghost bolt. There once was a program that did ALL of that instead of having to do it manually using HHT. It did all the dependency swapping automatically.

okay, to make it more simpe, first, go into hmt, go to the projectile [proj] tag. okay now there is 2 ways to do it in hmt. they both do exactly the same thing. 1. go to the ghost bolt, hit swap in the tag information bar, nd look for your charged bolt, click on it, hit save. 2. go to the charged bolt, copy the meta offset which are the numbers and letters rite next to swap.
then go to the ghost bolt and paste it in the exact place u copied the offset.
okay the 1. and 2. are different ways, so u either do 1 or the other. u dont have to do both, its a waste of time.

but that just swaps the actual projectile. i dont want to do that because i basically want to make two full projectiles that are exactly the same. Lighting effects, sound effects, all that stuff. It is possible to do with HHT but its very lengthy process. A long time ago I had a program that did it all for you very quickly but cant seem to find it anymore.

basically what im wanting to do is make the Proj! meta data of one weapon (the pistol) to be the exact same as the Proj! meta data of the rocket launcher. same meta size same tag information everything. pretty much to make it appears as if I have a new projectile. The program I had before did this for me but i dont have it anymore. I cant remeber its name either. But here is what my info from HHT and HMT looks like:

[Sidewinder]

I circled the META info on the HMT Screenies. It is like it created a totally new offset for the pistol.
And before anyone flames me about I did it once why cant I do it again, I used to have the program, It wasnt HMT HHT or DotHalo, and I dont seem to have it anymore. I do not remember the name of the program but I know it existed at one time. Can anyone help me??? I am at the end of my rope and about to go insane trying to figure this out. Basically the reason I want the Rocket Launcher and the Pistol to shoot the same type of projectile but it has to be two different projectiles because I want them to have different attributes (homing, speed, lifespan, etc.). I know its possible I just cant figure out how to do it anymore. The help would be really appreciated.

there are 2 ways... the more difficult, but professional way, would be to duplicate the rocket projectile, and just edit the duplicated one.
the second would be to just use HHT to swap pistol bullet dependencies with that of the rockets, then editing it to your likings with HMT.

And if they don't accept Jesus as their Personal Savior, you can kill them later. How cool is that!
