No...you can have a hundred objects and make a map...but they all have to be linked to the main level frame. All of bungies maps are made up of different mesh's(objects). I dont personally like to model that way but all of theirs are like that. I like makeing everything on big object. I am almost done with the texturing...i had a map released and some stuff to finish up with that...sorry for the deleay

ok.... but your models cant have open edges, and have to be complete as in not having the back faces missing. so if you put that into halo, tool would give you a huge amount of errors. yes you can do what "laxy bungie" does and use scenery bsp, but you have to take in that the h2 tools are much more lenient when it comes to open edges, double faces, and multiple edges. so its more harm done if you make multiple meshs.

btw reaper man, why are you sayin his model sucks. its not bad. you dont see me or someone else posting pictures of their talent and sayin "oh yours sucks, look at mine, it pwns yours".

edit: and personally i think his models are much more accurate then yours reaper man.

also, since when has s.u.c.k.s. been "bleeped" out?

o, & one other thing-when you make a map with lots of scenery bsp, sometime your collision geometry can get screwed up. It may even lag more, not to mention the skinning & lighting errors that could accur. Either way, it's so much easier to make it one big mesh.

It's a good model, you just need to folow the sealed world rules more strictly...& not be too lazy about things(like I AM sometimes). Anywyas, goodjob, & i hope to see a good update on this...

im not coming down on you, its just, you dont need to be leaving negative comments. and in all, i hope you didnt get the impression that i think you moels inaccurate. because the fact is, yours is good, just like his, its just more accurate, and not even that much.
