How do you drive pelicans and other vehicles?

I know how to swap the vehicles and whenever I try to get in i cant find the driver seat or any other seat. What do yuo do so that you are able to drive them?

you change the physics of whatever vehichle u r swapping with the pelican phyiscs if you have HMT3. Then, you go 2 the vehicle in HMT and go 2 seat 0. Chane it to W-driver. Its that easy. And, look at the picture below.

The wraith works but the pelican and lifepod doesnt.
