Get files to Xbox

can anyone help me get modded files to my xbox? i have a soft-mod on there. and can anyone tell me how to get multi-played super mods like high jumping, fast run, fast shoot. to mess around with my buddies

im not talking about getting xbox live cheats, just multiplayer

ok use dothalo and chek out the tut section and do it your self it is rilly easy
