New to modding need help!

I was trying to make the Ghost shoot fire. So I replaced the Ghost Bolt offset with the Flame offset. So I went to try it out and when I pressed the fire button while in the ghost the game crashed and it said exception. Anyone know if I did something wrong or if there's something else I need to change? Thanks for any help.

Don't swap it with the flame offset. Swap it with it's value.

hehehe...i bet you used that hex editing tutorial...i had the same prob

in the tut..it actually tells you to swap the off-set 0.o

someone should change that
