Testing out your MP mods

Or, just tell him he can find one on the halo cd, in the cab files folder in cab2 file lol.

PS: Actually its 13.7mb, rar'd its 4.08mb near enough...

the cab2 file is on the orig. halo cd. There is a forum somewhere on this site that lets you dl the bg level. If you want a copy PM me and i will give you a link to the .zip'd file

Browse the CD by going into My Computer > Right click the CD drive and select "Explore" or "Open" > Once in there go into "FilesCab" folder > In there u will find a file called cab2.cab, open that with Winrar, and inside you will find bloodgultch.map, extract that (or drag and drop it) into the halo/maps folder...overwriting the one there...

I'm a n00b and lets say I made this cool new multiplayer mod. How can I test it out? Through the game? cuz something screws up whenever I try to play multiplayer. Please help! Thanx!

if that something that screws up is u gettin an exection error u just simply fucked up and ur mod dont work sorry try again and yes testing it in the game is the way to test it just host a server on a lan so no one will join it
