Where do i get these rims?

I belive that hog is for halo ce but the guy never released it. And the rims you can only use in halo ce.

actually I do believe that you CAN add rims into halo pc... I hope that that is what ur modding for... You just have to go to halomaptools save the warthog wheels open in photoshop copy ur rims onto the wheels save it than inject it into the level with hmt. Simple, I've even done this before myself...
