HMT Scrolling help! Please Help Me!

Hi, when using HaloMapTools not all flags for a specific tag are shown, even when maximised you cannot see all the flags, and theres no way of scrolling?!? Heres a pic, can anyone please please help me!

your using an old version of HMT get HMT 3.5
