heres a new model i made and its skinned, its a land rover. i know its like really squarish. but thats because i made it from scratch and skins cool to.

Other then the fact that he took a pic of the car and splined the shape from the side with view no details what so ever. Id give it a 3 but since its your second try ill make it a 3 1/2.
it is just a box, but very low poly, showing he can just pretty it up with more polygons laster, as long as he's got the skin attached good (you should see my attempt at skinning my jet) basically, it's important to get the basic shape up first (like above) and the skin on as opposed to having a super-high-poly model that's pure hell to skin

i say that all it needs it some more polys, like a slice down the middle (or maybe two) then some chamfering on the edges. it has the basic chape and proper bitmap properly applied
(and yes, i know it's just a reference pic, he doesn't have to use his own original bitmap)
