Problems with .DDS format?

I'm getting sick of Photoshop.. I have put the .DDS plugin into every godamn folder to DO with Photoshop yet the little fecker STILL wont reckognise da format?? What da hell is it's problem??? Am i doin somethin wrong???

It has to be in the plugins folder, and you might have to reset your computer for it to work.

Dude... It IS in the PLUGINS folder! That was the 1st i put it in! I've reset my pc 5 times now too!!

Seem to have got it working now.. Was having a problem with a mising .dll file but got it sorted now..
