Placement/Duplication of Scenery?

I know that there is a plugin for xbox for this, but i was wondering if anyone know where i can find the data for sceneray in the map?

If i could find the information on the placement and stuff like that , couldn't i just simply duplicate that and then use spark edit to move it?
