Great Idea for new vehicles; need modders to help model it

Hello. I thought of some sort of a transport vehicle and im looking for someone with experience who knows how to model it. I was wondering if it was posible to use an existing model(such as banshee) and just remodel it completely differently, that way it could be used in halo PC. Well anyway, Ill try to upload a picture of it(the picture is just a ruff sketch I made on Microsoft Paint and it looks like shit), but im not sure if i can get it to work. What it is is bassically kind of like awarthog with two gun turrets in the back except its a little bigger (maybe 4 or 5 feet longer and 3 or 4 feet wider) and it is shaped hmm maybe like a little firetruck from the future exept it doesnt have the tank for water? Hmm.. I might be able to do this.

But if you were to make a troop carrier/transport, I would suggest modeling it out of a vehicle with more seats, like the warthog.
