Help with HMT. (gibberish instead of tags)

When I click on bloodgulch in HMT, this box comes up with all this gibberish instead of tags. When i tried to download the microsoft thing 1.1 it automatically cancelled so i had to download WindowsRAR instead. This may be the problem. plz email me if u have a solution.

download both winrar and the .net framework 1.1 because you need both or at least 1.1 and hmt should work if not download the newest version.
