my hog skins turn black!! help

i got my warthog skins into the game and if i look at them at an angle the all turn black can someone help me ?

when you save it, save it as a DXT1 (1 bit alpha) or whatever, its the second DXT1 on the list,


or it could be your grafix card

when u save it in photoshop or whatever
select generate mip maps and specify the number
8 is a good number
u dont need to save it with alpha
