Explosions = Vehicals?
Explosions = Vehicals?
ne1 no how to turn and explosion into a vehical e.g. plasma grenage expodes into and warthog or rocket explodes into ghost? would be a big help if som1 nu this

Getting Started
Open your map in DotHalo. For this tutorial its easier if I show an example map. I will use Headlong. Open it up and go to whatever weapon you want to chan spawn. Look at its projectile and click it in the dependencies window. Click 'goto tag' or go the the projectile manually. Lets say 'objects\weapons\pistol\needler\projectiles\needler_shard\needler_shard' for needler shard.
Click it and look in the dependencies, it has a bunch of stuff, what you care about is the effe 'effects\impact\explosion_small\needler\standard_detonation', click it. Change it in the drop down box to 'effects\objects\gear\covenant\battery\battery_explosion'. Then click save changes in the dependencies box. It should change. Clcik the changed Effe dependency and click go to tag.
From there you will see lots of dependencies, and 3 bloc tags. If you want a cool explosion effect with you chain spawning leave everything but the 3 BLOC tags. Change those as you wish, to a projectile, to anything. Save changes, ftp the map, and your done.

edit i rccommend useing h2x i think its called instead because dot halo freezes with its effe tag but maby not for you so wateva i do what i want
