Matrix Halo

I want to make a matrix halo stuff... where you can only punch and kick...
or get to the bullet time! i want that it will be possible to walk on walls and do all kind of stuff... this mod will be like the UT2003/2004 mutator...
it should be cool and by the way i want it for the PC and i want that some 1 gonna help me out! tell me what can you do to help me and i may accept for your help (most of the chances)

there is aleady a matrix mod out there were you can walk on walls and bullettime

thats wrong.Haloce is for custom content.I'm working on star wars right now and others on zelda so someone can make matrix
