How Do I Send Maps People On This Site Create To My Xbox?

Ok, the problem I am having is that I can't trnasfer the maps people on this site create to my Xbox.....my Xbox has Halo 2 downloaded to the hard drive and it has a FTP, but when I click on start FTP, I have no clue what to do after. Someone please help me. Thank you.

find your halo folder on your hd it should be E:/games/halo2/ then go into the maps folder and replace the modded map with your original

I dont realy get what your problem is but it sounds like you need an ftp program you can download one here http://www.smartftp.com im sorry if thats not your problem though.

flashfxp is better for ftp, and id research a lil bout ftp if you still dont understand the concept.

now that that smartftp thing is downloaded to my comp how do i get the maps from my comp to my xbox tell me just like how you would do it if u were rite now
