Yesterday on Xbc I say a player by the name of Jony playing with a spartan about 3 feet tall..... At first I couldnt believe it but atfter awhile I relized that this cute miniture size of the great spartan was actually reality.
So I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to accomplish this mod.

he probably used an evox trainer

Actually, a program by GlitchyGuardian has recently been released allowing you to easily change the size of any model. I don't know the direct link, but it is included in the Halo 2 modding kit(http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=34628).

Also whould you have to host the game for the changed size to show up?

Im pretty sure people have said that that program doesnt work correctly on biped models so it must of been the trainer he was using

no, on bipds, they only get deformed when you try to enlarge them. i works when you make them smaller.

no they get all Fd up even when making them smaller ive tried it, he was using a trainer
