HELP ON ENERGY SWORD FOR SP AND MP MAPS

i know ppl have done this b4 but i want to do it myself so if someone could tell me what to do so u can get a energy sword with a 1rst peron model tell me how in detailed explanation of how. like ive made it for like the silent cartographer and i cant see it and i cant inflict any damage so someone plz help me on this. and the only way i could see it was when i got in the passenger seat of the warthog the little part where u see him gettin in thats the only little part i can see the energy sword[/u]

you cant add a fp to the energy sword unless you replace the fp model with another weapon in hht. or you cn use doct oct's energy sword tags

well could someone just make a map tat has a energy sword in it tat has a 1st person model? just dont mod any part of it except make it had a 1st person model so i can just mod it my self

i just want to say that try to edit ur post wen ever u can instead of double/triple posting...

edit: srry umm to get the sword in the map u have to PMI it in then do all this other stuff... u should prolly just look for a map or mod that has this in it and look to see how it was done

I tried what you said but it didn't work because I don't know how to change the "seat name" because it doesn't have one and I want to know what to do instead because it sows up in sparkedit but not in the game.
