Help with attaching base

Help with attaching base

I downloaded a base and imported it to my map.
Then I followed the steps by deleting the bottom, attaching the base, and creating polygons.
However, when I use Tool.exe and try to create the .scenario, it says ERROR-You have 1 disintergrated triagles or something similar
Then it shows a couble of edges have errors too.
Ive looked through all the tutorials and i dont know what is wrong

Please reply, as I would greatly appricieate it.

well i made a tut on how to put in bases in the tut forum its called"tips and tricks" just let your base fload 1 unit above ground and attach it to your map so you have one mesh and noone will notice that its levetating
...left for good
