Freeze Universe Mod?

I was wondering where I could get the Freeze Universe mod for Halo PC.

If there isn't a place to find it, can someone tell me how to make the mod.

I have Hex Workshop 4.1 and HMT 3

Umm... I know! Goto halobunker.net and goto their ftp. Then go under trainers. Get one of those. One freezs time. Fun stuff

Yes but the one that freezes time will only work on halo pc v1.01 and no higher.

I guess... If u can read their programming language. Just reinstall game. Take 3 mins and then do it from there.
