alright, since i kno people can be real asses, as they were on halo, i already know im going to get flamed for this post. Some people need to learn to take criticism.
Anyways.
last night, my clan leader IMed me and told me there was a whole new line of H2 maps. so i got really excited and rushed to download them since the H2 maps are my favorite. As i always do when i download a new map, i started a test LAN server and explored all of them. To be honest, i was pretty dissapointed in them. The battle rifle not only doesnt fire 3 shot burts anymore, its automatic fire like the assault rifle, and looked as tho it had a different model. The magnum is just a pistol with a black skin, and not a good skin at that. The banshee no longer had the boost and was given the fuelrod gun back. And this is the part that really bugged me since i always use 3rd person. The armor skin was changed dramatically. It, to me, looks nothing like Halo 2. and all these things were the same on all the maps, including the updates to Zanzibar and New Mombasa. And one thing that really annoyed me about the updates is thats about all they changed. On zanzibar, they added the gate. Kudos on that, i really liked that addition. Other than that, i couldnt find one damn thing different besides the things mentioned earlier. and on the new mombasa update, all i could tell was different other than the aformentiond changes were the teleporters. One thing is for sure, if they release an update for Coagulation, im not going to get it unless absolutley everyone else does. then i'll only do it because i have no choice.
If you want to be an ass, not respect my opinion and flame, go ahead. i dont really care. all im saying is the H2CE team seems to have lost their way.
