I saw this in FTC 10 over at
www.xboxottawa.ca and was amazed at what they did. I would love to find out how they did those mods...particularly the GIANT ROCKET LAUNCHER.

If it's just a big rl model all you have to do is scale it in milkshape and import to hmt. That should work.

It's like 3DS Max or gmax, except worse...it's a model editing application....just like gmax and stuff.

I downloaded and install Gmax 1.2 put every model I export out using HMTv3. But Gmax will not recognize any of the files. What am I doing wrong?
Yes I have never heard of Milkshape...with a name like that I feel like I am not missing anything.

milkshape is not as good but can already import .obj. don't diss something that can do what you cant figure out on your own. And the reason it doesn't recognize them is those programs require a plugin for importing/exporting .obj files.

Oh I am not dissing it. Sorry if I said that (which I did not...I was just kidding around with the name). Where can I download a plugin for Gmax and where can I get Milk.......what is its name again?
Oh yea...Milkshape.

....and it crashes every single time I try to launch it. Tried all of the compatability modes too. Bad program...bad bad baaaaadddddddd

WELL
i made a nuke launcher for my mod a while ago
and i guess it kinda fits this catagory
