Crazy Matrix 0.75 Beta, Hope for the best!

Here is the (hopefully) working version of Crazy Matrix 0.7 Beta with a few blancing adjustments.

Main differences:
Blood Gulch has a new matrix look
Scenery has a new matrix look
Plasma Rifle is now a Plasma Sword
Fuel Rod Gun is now the Jackhammer
Rockets are homing
Projectiles are slowed down
Cool bullet contrails
Physics are bent
You can jump higher, run faster, and run on walls
Banshee has new look and is more manueverable
Plasma weapons have some force
Pistol is now Desert Eagle Handgun
Assault Rifle is now the auto needler
Plasma Pistol replaces flamethrower
Warthog is now a Gauss Rifle Hog
You can drive and fire the gun of the warthog at the same time
Sniper Rifle is now a machine gun

And many more changes! Too many to list!
