Looks pretty nice! I like the front part, it looks like a giant megnetic plasma cannon or something. Put a barrel behind it and it could be a giant cannon built into the ship!

Be nice if you would seal it though, the thing looks like a bunch of different models placed around. Looks good still though.

Arg, I dislike that look you get with beveling a square. Like you used on the front bottom of the ship and wings.

Have you ever played Unreal Turnament? (No year attached, the old one)

In it, there was a level for multiplayer where you fight inside a space ship. I think it would be great if you placed this ship inside a skybox designed to look like space and created rooms and corridors iniside the ship for the action to take place. You might even allow people to go through a hatch at the top and fight on top of the ship.
