Sniper shooting needle pack

I did a search couldnt find what i needed...
In one of the cxe/nmp maps sniper shoots a bunch of needles and kills in one hit.. I would like to know how to make a weapon shoot 20+ needles in one shot with halo cache editor if possible.. or hmt if cache editor wont work..

Also i was wondering if it was possible to make a frag blow up sending ignited plasma's everywhere then having them send rockets flying everywhere..

If anyone could give a brief tutorial on how to do these it would be very much apreciated..

for the first one, hmt or hht would probably work. make it shoot needles, change the number of projectiles to whatever you want, and dont forget to change the speed (make sure there isnt any spread, too). for the second one, i think that's chain spawning. for that, head over to halomaps, they've got a tutorial about it. hope this helps!
