only idiots dont use run: open run in the start bar, type in cmd, and do whatever else u need to do

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

1. Put the shortcut on your desktop
2. Right-click the shortcut
3. Change the "start in:" area to (exactly and with the quotes) "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition"
4. Place in your halo ce folder

After you've done this, when you double-click the shortcut, it's already browsed to your Halo Custom Edition folder, so all you have to do is type in:
tool.exe ***** *****\******\*****
rather than browsing through all the directories

note: this assumes that you used the default directory to install your halo ce
