Map Folder Help!!!

alright i know i've been asking alot of questions like this topic:

but when i download new maps say like bangumhigh.rar i put then in my haloce maps folder but they don't appear in the choose map category

download winrar
www.rarlabs.com

right click your .rar file and click on extract here.
there should be a .map file laying around wherever you extracted it in.
place the .map file in your halo ce maps folder and it should show up
