I tried to make this one as simple as possible, and I happened to be making it at the same time XIU developed his. They are very simelar. You can use the scenario one that I made (and used for Descension) as a reference for learning how to do things.

And lets all give thanks to those plugin makers that make these programs what they really are, for without the plugin makers we couldnt do near what could today.

And thanks for the update,,,not sure if I will use it with H2X and dothalo being out. But hey who knows I will probably find use for it.

why not just say recursive inject instead of "Map Compiler" in tools that is what its for right?

Because I don't like the word 'Inject'.

And I suppose it's not a G-rated program, either...You should see some of the exception dialogs :roll:

Also, a few more functions that aren't obvious...
Limited support of Halo 1 maps, does dependencies and reflexives and things...
Injects models correctly.

good with the models when h2x would be mean to me i tried with adi and it made my map like 120megs mp map

I never had any problems injecting models with ADI...

wow dude the recursive "build" was f_in quick i love this i love the advances in the moding community

i did hafta copy the coconuts from teh data folder of an older adi though when i tried to "build" i got an error aobut it not being there

wtf is twool format it asks me if the meta being injected is of that format when i do the compiler

That doesn't do anything...doesn't matter whether you hit yes or no... It was originally a TF6 inside joke, I forgot to take it out.

what? i never knew that so called map compiler in ADI was a recursive injector!!! damn woulda been useful at the times that i needed them :) oh well

whenever I try to use the map compiler, I get an error saying it couldnt find coconuts.meta in the data directory. do I just save the "ive got a lovely bunch of coconuts" in the data directory and rename iit coconuts.meta :?:

get the older version of adi it has it in teh data folder just copy and paste
