Optimize Modifier

Finish a new model/mesh? Got something you're working on? Finish a new map? Here's the place to post it for feedback and whatnot.

Is there a way where i can apply the Optimize Modifier to certain faces only?

I don't think so, try going into face selection mode, and clicking optimize modifier. Might not work because, max always just applies it, and takes you out of the mode.

BTW try not to use that modifier, it can screw up your models. Say you have a very thin door. You use optimize and it might make that door weird. I can;t explain it, but it deletes some of the croner vertices, and makes it thin and odd.
Good bye.
