Vehicles and weapons outside map

I have been playing Halo fo a while now but am not very good and do not rally understand online gaming. I have both Halo Combat Evolved and Custom Edition but I cannot see what the difference is apart from the stats when entering a game in Custom Edition which then fade.

Also, how do vehicles and weapons get on top of the cliffs in "Infinity"?

How do players get on top of the cliffs in "Ice Fields? Is that a form of cheating and if not, how do you get up there?

Sorry if I'm asking in the wron=g forum but I hope someone can answer or let me know where I can learn

One way is stunts. I don't know many stunts myself (yet) but I know there's ways to jump up there.

The other is to place the vehicles up there yourself using something like SparkEdit.

its not stunts its mods that is what ce is all about its all mods you can do the same well it will take you some time to figuer out how to work mods but that is all it is, the way to get to where those ppl are is a hidden teleport its usually marked with a invisi triangle or a overide shield cube jest look for things out of place and there they are

if its in CE they could be using debug camera to move around in a vehicle, but in normal, they just used sparkedit and added teleporters and guns around the map

actually it doesnt have to be just in ce it could be in pc too depending on if that person has the dev trainer to do it
