Halo CE RANDOMLY MINIMIZES!!?

Ok, my problem is that I will be playing an intense game of CE, and the game will randomly minimize. Its annoyed me to the point where i've decided it must be fixed. I've tried like disabling every process that ctrl+alt+del will let me, i've stopped all other programs, so i know its not just AIM or something. This is really weird... it started about a month ago, and it happens with other games too, though since most games don't let you minimize them easily, other games just lose focus and the mouse turns back to my normal windows one, then goes back to the game's reticle or whatever. Does anyone have the same problem/ does anyone know what it could possibly be? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

The only thing that would make sense to me besides it being AIM, is - Is the game you are playing heavily modded or something?

Aww thats happened to me in the past. But i fixed the problem. But it was a while ago so i dont remember all to well. I believe it was a virus. Try a virus scan of your computer.
If this doesnt help then I dont know.

Yeah but it started a month ago he said. He cant suddenly start pressing the windows key by accident.

this has happened to me before its pretty rare but it happens. its cost me the game

it the whole reason why i dont play in tourneys

especially for money!



have you checked to see if it is a trojan some times trojans just eat up your available ram and makes your game/program lock up for any length of time

meh... ive tried all those and i know its not a trojan or anything. I am pretty sure it has to do with either bargainbuddy (bargains.exe and cashback.exe) which i think i removed, but am not sure if they are completely gone, or because of a process called PIB.exe, which is a process that i know is malicious but i cannot end it with the task manager, because it just pops back up. Any1 know why? and how to delete it!?

this happens to me but when it minimizes its a popup that comes up and its always the same sites. and i have a popup blocker and its set to high but those popups still come up. i even blocked myself from that site but they still come up and i ran a virus scanner but it wont delete one file because it keeps saying its in use and cannot delete it. what do i do?
