How do I fix this error message when I try to open a texture /w Halo Mapping Tools(sorry, I just wanted to start skinning):

don't skin with halo on it happened to me before because i had halo open while i was editing

That occaisonally happens to me, usually when I have Photoshop and some other high-memory programs running at the same time. Normally clicking on a different texture and then back to the first one worked for me.

i think this happened to me after performing some sort of "illegal" swap or injection of texture... anyways i just used a backup of an original and it worked fine

Okay, it's fine, but I can't find the DDS plugin. I searched on the Nvidia site, not there.
