I would like a terrain editor for Halo PC. I tried searching for UnrealEd, but no luck...

i dont think you can change the terrain...im gessing a modeler right?

No such thing exists. However, you can play pretend and Change the PC to CE and pretend 3dsmax is unreal ed!
