Plugin for 3ds max 7.0

Is there a plugin for 3ds max 7.0? The blitzkrieg plugin that comes with hek does not work with 3ds max 7.0 it says that the plugin connot install.
Is there a way to fix this problem? Please reply.

no plugin comes with the hek.the plugin you download here works also for 3ds max 7.

to make those work put the .ms in your plugins and the .dl's in your c:/windows and im not sure where to go from there but its in there....well for my computer.

I have tried it, it just comes up with the same message.
I have got the trial version. That might be the problem.
The full one cost $3,000.

the file i have got is Blitzkrieg.dle but there is no .ms files.
