And in Sapien, it is completely different than sparkedit. Sapien is only for Scenario files, not Map files.

Please don't mention sparkedit with a combination of the HEK, because it has absolutely no use in it whatsoever.x13igDudex12 wrote:okay,...your new here...il fill you in.

sapien= sparkedit on steriods
guerilla= hmt on steriods
SparkEdit= places new objects in a map.
those are some of the things. Just go to the utilities in the files forum.

Ummmm, ya it does.... you have to go into guerilla and open it
go to file>export
and go to your haloCE>data>vehicles (might have to make it)><name> folder and export it there. It may freeze but thats cuz its loading.
open that with the script.
and if this warthog goes wrong open the rwarthog.gbx model and export it and then load it.

ok, so r u 1. using the warthog to render with? 2. using it to do a new skin? 3. using it to make a new vehicle? or 4. trying to learn how to use 3ds.
if it is 1. u cant use the warthog.gbxmodel that came with HEK, the normal hog has no model and only has markers.
if it is 2. u dont hav to totally reskin the hog, all u gotta do is run ur texture through HEK, making sure it has a different name that the original hog skin. then open up the shaders for the part u skinned in guerilla and direct the file to some other place, ur new skins
if it is 3. it doesnt matter unless ur using the hogs model and adding to it
