BLOOD GULCH NUKE MOD HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, I'm making a nuke mod, kind of like what MonoxideC did, except on Blood Gulch. And instead of shooting the nuke out of a rocket launcher, you throw it like a grenade. A few questions: I followed the directions on how to make a nuke in a thread with like 56 FAQ's, but I got an exception. I wanted to swap the PoA Explosion on The Maw for the nuke explosion (which is really a frag nade). So here's what I did, and maybe you could tell me what I did wrong:
I opened up HMT 3.5, and loaded d40 (The Maw). Then, I went to Particle System. I clicked on levels\d40\devices\poa_explosion\effects\poa explosion. I saved the meta as a file in my Halo Maps folder. Then I opened up my mod on Blood Gulch. I went down to weapons\frag grenade\effects\explosion med, clicked Inject Meta, and I injected the saved PoA Explosion for the frag grenade explosion. I assumed I was done, and I saved my map and went to play it. When I threw the frag grenade, I got an exception. I need to know what I did wrong, making the grenade explosion look like the PoA explosion.
Next Question: Since I chose to turn the fragmentation grenade into a nuke, is there any way to make it look like it is leaving a trail of flame like in the Library Mod? I know it is possible for a rocket launcher shot, but I am not sure about a grenade thrown. Could someone please help me out? I'd really appreciate it a lot.

1) You have to do a PMI (perfect model injection) on the explosion, at least I think you do, try that. Tut in tut section (no duh)
2) To give it a flaming trail, go to [proj] in HHT and swap 'effects\frag grenade drifting smoke' or whatever it is for 'effects\burning large'. (If it's not there, import it.)
I think you need to swap something else too, can't remember though, I did this just this morning...

I started on number 2. I found the Drifting smoke in the Particle tag, but I couldnt find the Buring Large effect. I tried swapping drifting smoke with different flamethrower effects, but none of them made it leave a flaming trail. And I used HMT, it didn't seem to make a difference. Could you tell me what you mean by importing it? How would I import the effect into the map?
Also, I thought you could only use PMI for models, like vehicles or doors and stuff. Not metas like the explosion. If I am wrong, could you guide me through it, because I'm not good with that kind of stuff. Well, I saved the meta from d40, and then injected it for the frag nade explosion, but I got an exception. I just tried it on AotCR. I went to Projectile > Frag Nade > Dependencies > and then effects/frag grenade/smoke. It should be the 13th dependency listed. I swapped ...../smoke with effects/burning large. And it worked.
But then when I went to Blood Gulch, I did the same thing. When I got to the list of things to swap, burning large wasn't on the list. I tried it with flamethrower/burning, but it didn't work. How can I make it so burning large is on the list? I really need to know that. If I can do that, I think it will work. Anybody know how to do that?
