i think it has something to do with lighting and guns flashs and lens flares from the sun or bright lights

a lens? i think it is talking about a lens of a camera
because if you look at the sun you get the series of circles coming from the sun as a glare, just like if you were looking through a camera you would see the glare

i think that is what its about, how light effects look

someone correct me if im wrong
