Waverunner, it doesn't matter what the water does, thats based on the shader. All you need to do is add the "$!" shader symbols to the end of the material name in 3ds max. Make sure the name of the material that you apply to the water is the same name as the shader_water tag.a stream makes the mater moves, he wants stationary water.
